You create an account, schedule a pickup, put your dirty laundry in a disposable bag, and then wait to receive your laundry back fresh and clean.
You will receive a reusable laundry bag with your first order when you signup for one of our subscription plans.

We charge by the bag. You are charged based on how many bags are delivered to your door. Overloading charge ($6) applied for overstuffed bags.

Avoid extra charges by making sure the bag ties closed with no gap.
By the piece items are charged as stated on our Subscriptions page.

Our bags are the same size as a 13 gallon garbage bag.

We sort clothes into lights, darks, and whites. If you would like them
washed differently, such as separating delicates, put them in separate bags with a note inside the bag.

All of our subscription plans include FREE next day delivery Monday
through Saturday. One-time orders will be delivered within 48 hours unless
next day is selected for an extra charge.

We offer monthly subscription plans based on how many bags you wish to add. Select your plan, schedule a pickup, and wait to receive your clean laundry back delivered right to you.

Additional bags will be charged at our one time by the bag pricing. We will waive the service charge on all Subscription Plan.
