TERMS AND CONDITIONS (effective 11/05/2022)

 

Rabbit Laundry provides laundry pick up and delivery services to its
customers. The following are the terms and conditions by which we as a company
abide by. Our customers acknowledge that they agree to these terms as well by
placing an order with us.


Rabbit Laundry reserves the right to change, delete or amend these terms
and conditions as we see fit. The effective date will change when any change is
made. It is the responsibility of the customer to stay up to date on these terms
and conditions.


Customer Profile
Your customer profile will be used in order to provide you with our
services. You as a customer are required to keep all information current. We will
not share information with third parties unless we need to in order to provide the
services you sign up for.

 

Delivery Service
Delivery will be made following instructions provided by you when placing
your order. If delivery instructions need to be changed you must call as soon as
possible to ensure that the delivery driver is made aware of such changes in time
to implement them.

 

Care Label Instructions
We will launder each garment according to the care label attached to it. In
the case that the label is missing we will follow the care instructions set forth by
leading laundry processors in our field. Rabbit Laundry takes no responsibility for
damaged items with missing care labels. In the event, that you are missing or
there are damaged items in your delivered order, you must contact 
Rabbit Laundry immediately and provide a written account and any supporting evidence
within 24 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to remedy the situation.

 

Limited Liability
We assume no responsibility for any items left with us for more than 30
days. All items left with us this long will be donated.
By placing an order with us you understand that there is a risk of items
being damaged or lost. Although we go through great lengths to prevent this from
happening, we cannot guarantee that it will never happen. In the event, that you
are missing or there are damaged items in your delivered order, you must contact
Rabbit Laundry immediately and provide a written account and any supporting evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We will make every effort to remedy the
situation.

 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY SHALL ANY OF THE RABBIT LAUNDRY PARTIES
BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND,
INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, DATA
LOSS, STOPPING OF WORK, RESULT ACCURACY, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR
MALFUNCTION, (B) ANY SUBSTITUTE GOODS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR
TECHNOLOGY, (C) ANY AMOUNT, IN THE AGGREGATE, IN EXCESS OF FIVE
HUNDRED ($500) DOLLARS, (D) ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

 

Refunds and Fees

 

Refunds
Rabbit Laundry does not offer refunds for partial months of service. Customer understands that all subscriptions are recurring and will automatically
renew each month.


Missed Pick Up
Our customers are responsible for placing bags where they are  visible for pickup. The driver will wait NOT wait passed the scheduled time frame window. A
$15.00 fee will be charged if the pickup is missed due to customer. 

 

Subscription
Customers agree to pay all subscription fees and hereby authorize Rabbit Laundry and its payment processor to charge Customer’s credit card accordingly.
Any bags not included in the subscription will be charged at the by the bag price. Customer understands that all subscriptions are recurring and will automatically
renew each month.

 

Cancellation Policy
Customer is solely responsible for cancelling their subscription by going to their profile and following the steps under cancel service. Customer understands
that all subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by customer. We recommend that customers call to make sure their subscriptions has been properly cancelled.

 

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will comply with any applicable laws and regulations when it comes to how we handle any personal information that the
customer provides. Any identifying information provided will be used only to provide our customers with the best service possible. No information will be shared with any third parties other than ones deemed necessary to process the customers’ order.

 

Policy Limits
Our website may use links to other websites. It is the customer’s responsibility to review third party websites for their terms of use.
